1. Service
TachoIQ provides training and guidance content. It is an independent app — not DVSA, not GOV.UK, not legal advice.
2. Subscription & trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial you may subscribe to Driver Pro Monthly (£7.99) or Yearly (£59.99). You can cancel at any time from your Account page.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse, resell or reverse engineer the service. One account per person.
4. Liability
Drivers and operators remain responsible for compliance with the law. We accept no liability for any infringement, fine or loss arising from use of the app.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
